Transfer to Another Person

To transfer your registration, login to your Active Account at myevents.active.com and select "transfer registration to another athlete". Please note: Online transfers can be completed up until 2 weeks before the event.

The new participant will receive an email with a link to claim the transfer, and complete their registration. They will need to use this link AND pay for their registration (at the current registration price). Once the new participant has claimed and paid for the registration, the original participant will receive a receipt email showing that they were refunded the registration fees paid (minus the transfer fee). Processing fees are non-refundable. If the transaction is completed correctly, the amount will post to your account within 5 to 10 business days.  

NOTE: If you DO NOT receive a receipt email showing that the transfer was completed and stating that you will be refunded it means that the transfer WAS NOT completed and you WILL NOT be receiving a refund.

*Please be advised that ROC Race is unable to refund registration fees paid to a Third Party, even if the transfer was complete. 

Note: If the online transfer deadline has passed please submit a request and our support team will provide you with additional options to complete the transfer.
