Refund Policy

ROC Race has a NO refund (all-sales-are-final) policy for registrations purchased online or on site at the event. This policy is communicated on our website, and agreed to when purchasing a registration for our event. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions, regardless of circumstance, nor do we issue partial refunds as per company policy and the terms and conditions agreed upon during registration. 

In place of a refund we are happy to offer participants the ability to transfer their registration to another person or another event this year. All transfers must occur before the event day. All transfers that do not occur before this time frame will be activated for the current event and not eligible for transfer to another event.
